Exchange Policy

You have 14 days from the delivery date to exchange items.
Items must be in original condition: no stains, pet hair, or removed labels.
We reserve the right to refuse exchanges if items are found with stains, pet hair, or removed labels.

Please note that the customer is responsible for the shipping costs associated with exchanges.
