Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, the gloves must be unused, in their original condition, and with all original tags and packaging intact. Please ensure that the gloves are free from any signs of wear or damage.

 

Timeframe: You have 30 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return or exchange. After this period, we unfortunately cannot accept returns or exchanges.

 

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned gloves, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 7 days. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.

 

Exchanges: If you wish to exchange gloves for a different size, color, or style, please indicate your preference when contacting our customer service team. Exchanges are subject to availability, and additional charges may apply for any price differences.
