Had a time with shipping and USPS is horrible. Took nearly a month to get my order. But I’m very satisfied with the product and while customer service is difficult to reach , everything was good. I like them so much. I ordered another pair of the pants in a slightly smaller size.

The jacket is 10/10—excellent quality and true to size.

However, the pants run much too small. I ordered my usual size, but they fit like they’re at least two sizes smaller.

I also don’t think it’s fair that I have to pay for return shipping to exchange them when the sizing is inaccurate. This isn’t my mistake—your pants clearly run much smaller than the stated size. I would appreciate it if you could provide a prepaid return label for the exchange.
