I ordered two products from you all one three main one direct before I was aware of how chaotic the fulfillment process would be. The products see m of good quality and a decent price. Although sizing is off by quite a margin. Could have lived with the sizing issue with an exchange fairly easily. But, said exchange, has proven to be painful at best and non-existent at worst as it stands currently. In my first order, was sent one item I ordered and one I didn't. I was never provided a return label to send back the extra item. So currently, you're out a $59 pair of pants or whatever. The next item I was charged $16 to return a jacket that was sized woefully small. I have, yet, received the mailing label to return it, despite having my card charged for the mailing label about a week ago. Ago. So, despite the fact that I would like to be able to send you guys business, it's very difficult to navigate your fulfillment. So, assuming you wanted legitimate candid feedback, there, you have it. I usually don't take the time to even fill out these things except that it would appear that your pricing and quality are on standard and, thus, you probably deserve to hear that fulfillment is lagging and definitely hurting yourselves and customer loyalty
